ViaInvestment Services
On May 17, 2025, CUSO Financial Services (CFS) will transfer its retail brokerage and advisory business, including member accounts it services, to LPL Financial. Following the completion of the transfer, CFS will discontinue its retail securities, advisory and insurance business and clients will become members of LPL Financial. LPL is a registered investment adviser and broker-dealer authorized to carry customer accounts and clear securities transactions. In addition to the investment advisory services, LPL will assume responsibility for providing the clearing and custody functions currently supported by Pershing. ViaCU is excited about what LPL has to offer to members. If you are a current client of ViaInvestments, you have received several letters and do not need to take any action if you want to continue to work with ViaInvestments. However, if you do not wish to have LPL as your custodian, you will have approximately 30 days from receipt of the Letter to opt out.
